As a Full-Time Shift Manager one will be expected to work full-time (40h/week) and be available 24/7;
Salary is $14.50/h;
Lodging and 2-way plane ticket provided;
Passport must be valid for a duration of at least 2 years;
A french language course will be offered once the new international employee arrives in Canada;
Possibility of career advancement at McDonald’s;
A work certificate for all past and current jobs held must be presented.
Must be willing to stay at the position for a minimum of 1 year;
Around 5 years of experience in fast-food restaurants and/or 2 years of experience in management;
Completed college/university education;
Managerial experience in the restaurant industry (asset);
Completely trained in all areas of the restaurant industry and/or hotel industry (asset);
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
Well-developed interpersonal skills and knowledge of customer service principles, including customer needs assessments and guest satisfaction evaluations.
Job Role and Responsibilities:
Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of the staff who prepare, disperse and serve food;
Provide training for personnel in their duties, hygiene and safety standards;
Ensure the quality of food and service, in accordance with established standards;
Keep records of inventories, repairs, sales and losses, and order the ingredients and supplies necessary for the preparation of meals;
Manage operations with integrity, passion, and knowledge while promoting values and culture of the restaurant.
